What exactly is included in the monthly price?

The hardware, the network with 20 TB of outbound traffic, and the whole operations layer: hardening, patching, monitoring, backups, security, 24/7 engineers and Exa. Add-ons are listed separately on the pricing page and most customers need none.

Are there setup fees or a long contract?

No setup fee. You are billed monthly with a three-month minimum, and after that you can cancel with 30 days notice.

Where are the servers?

In data centres in Germany (Falkenstein and Nuremberg) and Finland (Helsinki). Backups go to a second EU site. Nothing leaves the EU unless you send it there.

Do I get root access?

Yes. It is your server. We ask that changes to the parts we manage go through us or Exa so we can keep the baseline, and we log everything either side does.

How fast is delivery?

Within 48 hours of order for standard packages. Cluster 3 and custom builds take about a week because we test the whole platform before handover.
